Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Property Manager to join a local company in Bryan, TX! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas who have openings they are looking to fill with great talent we find for them!

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of residential properties
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and landlords
• Handle tenant enquiries, complaints, and maintenance requests promptly
• Conduct regular property inspections and prepare detailed reports
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance with contractors and service providers
• Oversee lease renewals, new tenancies, and vacancy management
• Work toward and achieve monthly/quarterly performance targets to earn bonus
• Monitor rental arrears and follow up on outstanding payments
• Ensure all properties comply with relevant legislation and safety standards
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all managed properties
• Grow and retain your property portfolio to maximise commission earnings

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience in property management
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Basic computer and recordkeeping skills
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Professional presentation and customer-focused attitude
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to issues
• Bilingual is essential — must be fluent in both English and Spanish
