What You’ll Be Doing

• Precision Driving (~80% of the day): Operate sit-down forklifts equipped with hydraulic paddle clamps to transport oversized foam blocks safely from prep to staging.

• Tight-Clearance Loading: Expertly maneuver large blocks into trailers with precision accuracy.

• Tech-Driven Logistics: Use iPads/tablets and digital order sheets to grab pick tickets and manage material flow seamlessly.

• Team-First Support (~20% of the day): Step off the lift during downtime to jump in, assist on production lines, shrink-wrap orders, and keep the plant floor humming.

What You Bring to the Team

• Experience: Prior sit-down forklift experience (hydraulic clamp experience is a major plus!) with the ability to pass internal safety certifications.

• Spatial Awareness & Care: Exceptional precision to handle fragile material without wall strikes or damage.

• The Right Mindset: High initiative and a "jump-in-and-help" attitude. You prefer staying active over sitting idle.

• Tech Literacy: Comfortable navigating tablet/iPad interfaces for order management.

• Physical Readiness: Able to navigate a large plant footprint on foot and lift up to 50 lbs when supporting floor operations.
