Schedule: Approximately 30 Hours Per Week

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Make Ready Technician for a property in Pineville. This is a great opportunity for someone with apartment maintenance or make-ready experience who takes pride in preparing units for new residents.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare vacant apartment units for new tenants

• Complete basic painting, cleaning, and minor repairs

• Replace fixtures and perform touch-up maintenance

• Ensure units are clean, safe, and move-in ready

• Assist with general property maintenance as needed
