We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate is driven to build relationships, generate new business opportunities, and provide outstanding customer service. This role is responsible for developing leads, maintaining existing customer accounts, preparing quotes, processing orders, and helping customers find the products or services that best meet their needs.

Essential Job Duties:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Prospect and generate new business through outbound calls, emails, and follow-up activities.
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Prepare and present quotes, pricing, and product information.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate with warehouse, operations, or production teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Follow up on quotes and opportunities to close sales.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in the company's CRM or database.
• Resolve customer concerns while ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals and performance expectations.
• Stay knowledgeable about company products, services, and industry trends.
