Construction Laborer Location: Spanish Springs, NV Pay: $30.00/hour Schedule: Monday-Friday, 5AM - 5:30PM We are looking for dependable and hardworking Construction Laborers to join our team in Spanish Springs, NV. This position involves physically demanding outdoor work and supports a variety of construction projects. The ideal candidate will have previous construction experience, be comfortable working in varying weather conditions, and be able to safely perform heavy labor tasks. Responsibilities Perform general construction and site labor duties Load, unload, move, and organize construction materials Measure, cut, and prepare materials according to project specifications Safely operate hand tools and power tools Dig holes, trenches, and foundations as needed Assist with heavy-duty construction tasks and site preparation Follow job site safety procedures and company guidelines Operate construction equipment when qualified (experience preferred) Qualifications Previous construction labor experience required Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy materials throughout the shift Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions Experience using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively Basic measuring, cutting, and digging skills Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work as part of a team Construction equipment operation experience is a plus Why Join Us?
