Position Summary

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals to join a growing manufacturing team as a Mesa Matcher. This position is responsible for operating production equipment, matching and aligning materials, and ensuring products meet quality standards throughout the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail, and takes pride in producing high-quality products.

Responsibilities

• Operate Mesa Matcher equipment safely and efficiently.

• Match and align materials according to production specifications.

• Load and unload materials as needed throughout the production process.

• Monitor equipment operation and make adjustments when necessary.

• Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and defects.

• Perform measurements and quality checks to ensure products meet requirements.

• Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and production guidelines.

• Maintain accurate production information and documentation.

• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.

• Assist with additional manufacturing duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, machine operating, or production experience preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

• Comfortable standing, walking, and performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift.

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Willingness to learn new equipment and processes.
