A growing printing company is hiring a Machine Operator / Binder Operator in Morgantown, WV to join its production team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a full-time, entry-level manufacturing job with paid training and a Monday-Friday day shift.

Previous printing experience is not required. Candidates with experience in manufacturing, warehouse, production, machine operation, assembly, or general labor are encouraged to apply. If you're mechanically inclined, comfortable working with equipment, and eager to learn a new skill, this could be a great fit.

Printing Machine Operator Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor printing and production machinery to complete customer print jobs.
• Set up and prepare machines for production runs.
• Load paper, materials, and supplies into production equipment.
• Monitor machines throughout the production process.
• Keep equipment running safely and efficiently.
• Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and consistency.
• Identify basic production or machine issues and report problems as needed.
• Use hand tools and production equipment safely.
• Follow work orders, production instructions, and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production area.
• Work with other production team members to meet daily deadlines and goals.

Machine Operator Qualifications

• No printing experience required. Paid training is provided.
• Manufacturing, warehouse, production, machine operator, assembly, or general labor experience is a plus.
• Comfortable working around machines and using basic hand tools.
• Mechanically inclined with a willingness to learn.
• Strong attention to detail and product quality.
• Reliable, dependable, and able to maintain consistent attendance.
• Ability to stand and remain active throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
