Dispatcher / Front-Line Service Representative

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Dispatcher / Front-Line Service Representative for a local client!

Are you organized, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking a Dispatcher / Front-Line Service Representative to serve as the central communication hub between customers, technicians, and the operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, coordinating schedules, and providing exceptional customer service.

Pay: $25.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Job Responsibilities

• Receive, document, and manage incoming service calls.
• Schedule, coordinate, and confirm service appointments with customers.
• Communicate appointment details and updates to technicians and customers.
• Coordinate technician schedules, routes, and availability to maximize efficiency.
• Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding service appointments.
• Perform general clerical and administrative duties, including data entry and record maintenance.
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth daily workflow and service delivery.
• Maintain professionalism and excellent customer service when handling phone calls and inquiries.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and composed while handling phone calls and changing priorities.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable working with computers, phone systems, and scheduling software.
• Previous dispatching, scheduling, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with office staff and field technicians.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. as needed.
