Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. (40 hours/week, paid 30-minute lunch

Job Summary

We are seeking a Fleet and Equipment Service Person to support the maintenance and daily readiness of fleet vehicles and equipment. This role is ideal for someone with experience working in a garage or maintenance environment who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in keeping equipment clean, organized, and operational.

Responsibilities

• Assist with minor vehicle and equipment maintenance.
• Check and maintain fluid levels.
• Clean the interior and exterior of vehicles and equipment.
• Pressure wash equipment, including undercarriages and truck frames.
• Perform daily inspections and report any defects. 
• Support preventative maintenance activities.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist with general shop and janitorial duties.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a garage, fleet, or equipment maintenance environment.
• At least six months of experience with vehicle or equipment maintenance is preferred.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Required PPE

• Blue or tan work pants (no jeans)
• High-visibility yellow shirt or vest
• CSA-approved safety footwear
