Hours: Tuesday – Saturday | 5:30 AM – 10:30 AM

About the Role

We are looking for a friendly, energetic Counter Team Member to be the face of our donut shop! You’ll start the morning off right for our community by serving fresh donuts, taking orders quickly, and bringing great positive energy to our shop.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Welcome every customer with a warm smile, take orders attentively, and make everyone feel valued.
• POS Operation: Efficiently process cash and card payments using our Square POS system.
• Product Assembly: Fast and accurate packaging of customer donut orders to keep the morning line moving smoothly.
• Shop Upkeep: Keep the counter area, display cases, and customer space clean, organized, and fully stocked.

Requirements & Expectations

• Morning Energy: Reliable, punctual, and ready to bring positive vibes at 5:30 AM!
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortably operate our Square register (or learn quickly).
• Speed & Accuracy: Ability to handle busy morning rushes with a cheerful attitude.

Dress Code

• Company-provided shirt required.
• Comfortable jeans (neat, no tears/holes) and non-slip close-toed shoes.
