• Inspect products and report equipment or quality issues.
• Keep the work area clean and assist with equipment setup and changeovers as needed.

Qualifications & Physical Requirements

• Good basic math skills.
• Mechanical aptitude or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Self-motivated and able to follow instructions.
• Flexible to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to stand for long periods, perform repetitive tasks, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
