Automotive Service Advisor

Location: Mission, TX

Employment Type: Full-Time (Part-Time hours may be available based on business needs)

Pay range: $13.50 - $14.00 per hour

 

Dealership in the Mission area is looking for an energetic, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team! We are seeking someone with a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing outstanding customer service. If you enjoy working with people in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers with a friendly, professional attitude and a smile.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the service process.
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with questions and service appointments.
• Schedule vehicle service appointments accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate with customers regarding vehicle repairs and service updates.
• Utilize computer systems to create work orders, update customer information, and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area.
• Assist with additional front office duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service experience is required.
• Positive attitude with a friendly, outgoing personality.
• Must enjoy interacting with customers and always maintain a professional, welcoming demeanor.
• Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods throughout the day.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly.
• Ability to answer multiple phone lines professionally.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and a team player.
• Previous automotive service advisor experience is a plus, but not required.

Schedule:

• Monday through Saturday
• Must have open availability between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
• Full-time position with the possibility of part-time hours based on business needs.
