Facilities Technician I

Location: Aumsville, OR
Pay: $18.00–$21.00/hour
Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift

Build your career in facilities maintenance as a Facilities Technician I. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, keeping facilities clean, organized, and running efficiently. You'll support daily operations while learning valuable maintenance skills in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do:

• Clean and maintain production areas, offices, and company property
• Keep production floors, aisles, catwalks, and work areas clean and organized
• Perform routine building inspections and basic maintenance tasks
• Stock and organize facility supplies and materials
• Empty trash containers, wood bins, and dust collection bags
• Support production teams with insulation, blocking, material handling, and minor repairs
• Maintain parking lots, landscape areas, and exterior company grounds
• Help create a safe, clean, and efficient work environment

What We're Looking For:

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work throughout the day
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Basic experience with hand tools and general labor preferred
• Commitment to workplace safety and attention to detail
