Reach Forklift- Cold Storage

Salary: $23/hr

Pay: $23.00/hour starting
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with overtime as needed

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and experienced Freezer Reach Truck Operator to join a fast-paced warehouse team. This position involves operating a reach truck in a -10°F freezer environment to accurately pick, put away, and move inventory while maintaining safety and productivity standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Crown RM reach truck with a 421-inch lift safely and efficiently.
• Pick customer orders accurately in the freezer.
• Put away incoming products into designated warehouse locations.
• Transport materials throughout the warehouse using the reach truck.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and follow warehouse procedures.
• Follow all safety guidelines while working in a cold-storage environment.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating a Crown RM reach truck or similar stand-up reach truck.
• Comfortable working in a -10°F freezer for the duration of the shift.
• Experience with order picking, put-away, and warehouse inventory movement.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail.

Dress Code & PPE

• Freezer boots are required (steel-toe boots are not required, as they can become too cold in the freezer).
• Additional cold-weather PPE will be provided as required.
