Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Starting Pay: $14.50/hour

2nd Shift

Monday – Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Starting Pay: $15.50/hour

3rd Shift

Sunday – Thursday | 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Starting Pay: $16.50/hour

Overtime available and required as necessary based on production needs.

Job Summary

The Extrusion Operator is an entry-level position within the ERP extrusion manufacturing area. This role is ideal for candidates interested in careers in manufacturing, production, machine operation, and industrial operations. Team members in this position receive training on one or more of the following production processes:

Extrusion
Taping
Inline cutting and drilling
Post-curing
Product packaging and order fulfillment

The Extrusion Operator plays an important role in maintaining production efficiency, product quality, and workplace safety while supporting daily manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

Follow established work instructions and standard operating procedures to complete production activities.
Set up necessary equipment based on established operating standards.
Verify products meet quality standards and specifications.
Measure parts using calipers, rulers, and other basic measuring tools.
Support extrusion and downstream manufacturing processes as assigned.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Ability to read and write in English.
Ability to perform simple math calculations.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
Safety-conscious with a commitment to following established procedures.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.
Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
Ability to perform repetitive production and manufacturing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
