The Gerber Machine Operator will set up, adjust, and operate Gerber Cutting equipment to cut fabric to proper specifications. The Gerber Machine Operator must follow standard work methods and practice safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible. Multi-tasking and prioritizing workflow are essential to success in this role.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Setting up, adjusting, and operating Gerber Cutting equipment
• Monitoring equipment to determine if adjustments are necessary
• Performing calibration and minor repairs to cutting table
• Ensuring operations are in accordance with company standards
• Verifying paperwork and material to ensure accuracy prior to cutting
• Exhibiting reliable attendance and punctuality
• Maintaining a clean and safe work area
• Working extended hours or days as needed
• Performing other duties and assignments as required
