Temporary Grounds/Pressure Washer Job Summary: One of the area’s top luxury apartments is looking for a grounds/pressure washer for one of their properties in the Wyoming area. Do you enjoy learning new things, working outdoors and you take pride in your work?  We have an excellent opportunity for you!

Temporary Grounds/Pressure Washer Responsibilities:

• Pressure wash HVAC units. 
• Maintain outside grounds by picking up trash, debris, and litter around the facility.
• Empty trash and pet waste receptacles and replace liners throughout the grounds as needed.
• Perform general cleaning duties, including window washing, cleaning grills, and apartment turns as assigned.
• Assist with routine facility maintenance and special cleaning projects while following safety procedures and company standards.

Schedule & Pay:

• 1st Shift; 8:00am-5:00pm for 1-1.5 weeks, then as needed. 
• $18.00/HR

Temporary Grounds/Pressure Washer Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license with a reliable means of transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work throughout the shift.
• Previous janitorial, custodial, or general labor experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to follow instructions, prioritize tasks, and work safely while using cleaning equipment and supplies.
