We are seeking a bilingual warehouse associate to join our dynamic logistics and distribution team. Must be fluent in English and Spanish, you will be communicating with delivery drivers which roughly 60% of them are Spanish speaking.

 

Responsibilities

• Escorting drivers to the proper loading/unloading zones and handling paperwork.
• Making sure materials loaded on trucks are correct and that all paperwork is filled out before the driver leaves.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using order picker tools and manual handling techniques while adhering to safety protocols.
• Assist forklift driver with dunnage material (wood boards) and direct the forklift driver to the proper area to stage material.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment following OSHA safety regulations and PPE use guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse distribution processes and improve overall workflow.
• Maybe required to do some lifting of wood boards and other materials and fill in where needed.

Requirements

• Must be fluently bilingual in Englishand Spanish
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform basic math calculations related to weights, measurements, and inventory counts.
• Previous experience in warehouse supervision or leadership roles is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting, manual handling, stocking, and order picking consistently throughout shifts.
• Excellent communication skills coupled with technical proficiency in warehouse tools and safety protocols.
