Assembly Technician – 1st Shift

Pay: $18.50/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM

We're looking for a dependable Assembly Technician to join a growing manufacturing team! This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with mechanical aptitude who enjoys building quality products in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration components following work instructions, diagrams, and blueprints.

• Install hardware, wiring, tubing, and other components accurately.

• Perform quality checks and complete production checklists.

• Report missing parts, defects, or production issues to supervisors.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.

• Assist with cross-training and support other assembly areas as needed.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of manufacturing or assembly experience preferred.

• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to use hand tools.

• Ability to read diagrams, blueprints, and detailed work instructions.

• Basic electrical or mechanical knowledge required.

• Refrigeration or HVAC experience is a plus (EPA Type I certification preferred but not required).

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

• Reliable attendance and the ability to work as part of a team.

• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift.
