Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking a qualified and motivated Office Administrator for a growing company in North Branch, MN. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment and balancing a variety of administrative, accounting, and HR-related responsibilities.

Pay & Schedule

• Hourly Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour DOE
• Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM; Friday, 7:00 AM - 11:30 AM
• Pay Frequency: Weekly
• Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire
• Location: North Branch, MN

Key Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and answer incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
• Manage front desk operations and general office administration.
• Process accounts payable invoices and assist with payment tracking.
• Coordinate logistics, including shipping, receiving, and freight scheduling.
• Assist with HR administrative duties such as onboarding paperwork, maintaining employee files, scheduling interviews, and other clerical HR tasks.
• Perform data entry, filing, and other administrative support as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous administrative or office management experience.
• Experience with accounts payable processes.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, especially regarding HR information.
