Position Summary

A well-established industrial construction company in Port Allen, Louisiana area is seeking an experienced Shop Helper to join its team. This role is critical to keeping the shop clean, safe, and functioning. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and experienced in warehouse/shop processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Sweeping shop floor.
• General shop organization.
• Pressure washing.
• Cutting grass
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant work area
• Work collaboratively with supervisors, and other shop personnel

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in shop or warehouse settings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
