Schedule: Monday–Friday | 10:40 PM – 7:00 AM

Job Responsibilities

As a Unit Operator, you will play a key role in the manufacturing process by:

• Operating and monitoring plastic production equipment
• Blending raw materials according to production specifications
• Operating mixers and packaging equipment
• Preparing finished PVC compounds for production and shipment
• Inspecting products to ensure quality standards are met
• Building boxes and packaging finished products
• Transporting materials to designated areas
• Operating a forklift when needed
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Qualifications

• Previous machine operating experience required
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Ability to work in a warm manufacturing environment
• Able to stand, lift, bend, and work throughout the shift
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
