Production Assembly Associate – Air Filter Manufacturing

Pay: Starting at $15.00/hour with opportunities to earn up to $18.00/hour based on performance and attendance
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

 

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Production Assembly Associate to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will help build high-quality air filters using a heat gun and hand tools while working in a clean, fast-paced production environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and wants the opportunity to grow with a company.

 

Job Responsibilities

• Assemble air filters according to production specifications.
• Safely operate a heat gun to shape, bond, and finish filter materials.
• Inspect products for quality and ensure they meet company standards.
• Measure, cut, and prepare materials for assembly.
• Follow work instructions and production schedules to meet daily goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Report any equipment or quality concerns to supervisors.
• Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred but not required.
• Comfortable working with hand tools and heat-producing equipment.
• Good attention to detail and ability to produce quality work.
• Ability to stand for an entire shift and perform repetitive tasks.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds as needed.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
