 What’s in It for You?

• 21.00/hr. + depending on experience + shift premium
• Afternoon shift, Monday to Friday 2:30pm-11pm
• Potential for full-time, permanent employment based on performance and business needs

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and safely use a variety of hand and power tools
• Assist with production, assembly, fabrication, and finishing activities
• Read and follow work instructions, drawings, and specifications
• Support machine operators and production teams to meet daily output goals
• Perform basic mechanical adjustments, troubleshooting, and equipment setup
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Load, unload, move, and handle materials as required
• Participate in continuous improvement activities and production efficiency initiatives
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

 

Qualifications & Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience working in a skilled labor role, within a manufacturing or construction industry
• Hard working and the ability to learn new skills
• Desire to develop into other opportunities within the organization
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to work in the afternoon shift however, train on day shift
