Job Summary

Our client is seeking dependable and hardworking general laborers to support construction and concrete crews on active job sites. This position involves assisting with site preparation, material handling, equipment movement, and general labor tasks.  The ideal candidate is physically fit, reliable, and comfortable working outdoors in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Assist crews with general construction and labor duties on active job sites.
• Load, unload, move, and organize materials, tools, and equipment.
• Push, pull, and carry materials weighing up to 80 pounds.
• Support concrete crews with setup, material staging, and cleanup activities.
• Perform basic demolition and removal of construction materials as directed.
• Assist with site preparation, grading, and excavation activities.
• Operate hand tools and basic power tools safely and effectively.
• Maintain equipment, tools, and work areas in a clean and safe condition.
• Follow all company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and PPE requirements.
• Work alongside supervisors and crew members to complete projects on schedule.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• Previous construction or general labor experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the entire shift.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance record.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Basic familiarity with construction tools and equipment is a plus.
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship.
• Reliable transportation required, as public transportation is not available to the work site.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 80 pounds consistently.
• Ability to stand and remain on your feet throughout the workday.
• Frequent bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, and repetitive physical movement.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Capable of performing physically demanding tasks for 8-10+ hour shifts.

Schedule: Monday – Friday 7 AM-6 PM
