Monday through Friday – 7am to 4pm

A regional producer and distributor of premium meat and seafood items throughout Southern California, servicing foodservice outlets and broad-line food distributors with the highest quality pork, beef, poultry, lamb, and seafood items is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team in Northridge.

Summary: This is a fast-paced, physically demanding role that is essential to maintaining efficient warehouse operations and ensuring accurate order fulfillment.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and ship products while maintaining accurate shipping and receiving documentation.
• Stock, organize, and rotate inventory to ensure proper product management.
• Pull, verify, and invoice customer orders accurately.
• Build and prepare pallets for shipment.
• Load trucks safely and efficiently.
• Operate a pallet jack to transport inventory throughout the warehouse.
• Use a hand-operated forklift to retrieve and store inventory on warehouse racks.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
• Experience with shipping, receiving, inventory, and order pulling is a plus.
• Ability to safely operate a pallet jack; experience using a hand-operated forklift is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are preferred, but not required.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment.

Physical Requirements:

• This is a physically demanding position.
• Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull heavy products throughout the workday.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach for extended periods.
• Must be able to work in a warehouse environment, including refrigerated areas as needed.
