Forklift Operator

Salary: $20.00/hour

Express Employment Professionals - Irvine is seeking a Forklift Operator for an industrial equipment distributor in the Irvine, CA area. Our client is a respected supplier of industrial products serving customers across a variety of manufacturing and industrial markets. This is a full-time, permanent, evaluation hire opportunity. Hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. Compensation starts at $20.00/hour.

 

Responsibilities

• Forklift operation
• Load and unload shipments
• Receiving, inspecting, and organizing inventory
• Picking, packing, and staging customer orders
• Assisting with inventory tracking and stock organization
• Preparing shipments for delivery and carrier pickup
• Performing general warehouse duties as needed

 

Requirements

• At least one year of shipping and receiving experience
• Forklift operation experience required
• Basic computer literacy
• Experience with inventory or warehouse management systems a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. repetitively
• History of dependability and strong attendance
