About the Company

Express Employment is seeking a Outside Sales Representative to join our client’s team.

The air filter sales representative’s role is to increase sales by growing the customer base and deepening relationships with existing customers

 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing commercial clients.
• Actively prospect and generate new business through cold calling (phone and in-person visits).
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate air filtration solutions.
• Conduct site visits and assess filtration requirements.
• Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and product recommendations.
• Manage sales pipeline and follow up on leads in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed on industry trends, products, and competitors.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals.

 

Required Qualifications

·                     Previous B2B sales experience. Related industries include HVAC, building trades, plumbing, electrical, and facilities maintenance.

• Confident, persistent, and comfortable initiating conversations with new prospects.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Basic mechanical or technical aptitude is helpful.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and general computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Company vehicle may be provided after successful trial period.
