General Property Maintenance / Janitorial Worker

Position Details

• Type: Part-time (2 days per week)
• Location: Bend, Oregon
• Pay: $20.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Clean and restock bathrooms to maintain a sanitary environment
• Empty trash cans and dispose of waste properly
• Pick up trash and debris around the parking lot and property grounds
• Perform landscaping tasks and general upkeep of outdoor areas
• Safely operate basic hand and power tools for maintenance tasks
• Carry out other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions
• Reliable, hardworking, and committed to maintaining property standards
• Effective communication skills for working with team members and supervisors
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks
• Comfortable standing, walking, and moving for the majority of the shift
