General Production Worker

Location: Bend, Oregon
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $22.00–$25.00 per hour (DOE)

Job Summary

We are seeking dependable and motivated General Production Workers to join our custom cabinetry manufacturing team in Bend, Oregon. This position works both independently and collaboratively to ensure customers receive high-quality custom cabinets built to exact job specifications and delivered on time. Safety, quality, and teamwork are essential to success in this role.

Our production teams consist of several departments, including:

• Panel Processing
• Assembly
• Millwork
• Doors & Drawers
• Sanding
• Final Assembly
• Finishing

Position openings vary by department, and all employees will have opportunities for cross-training and skill development throughout the production process.

Responsibilities

General Duties

• Read design drawings and production documents
• Build custom cabinetry according to specific job packets
• Work efficiently and collaboratively to meet production deadlines
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery safely
• Perform quality control inspections to identify imperfections and ensure product standards
• Lift and carry 50+ pounds as required and remain on your feet throughout the workday

The Ideal Candidate

• Is punctual and detail-oriented
• Has strong communication and customer service skills with a positive attitude
• Can read and understand basic shop drawings
• Can accurately read and use a tape measure
• Maintains a clean, organized, and safe work area

Qualifications

Previous experience in any of the following areas is preferred but not required:

• Woodworking
• Manufacturing
• Power tool operation
• Sanding
• Finishing
• Painting

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Able to frequently lift and carry 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
