The Cylinder Machine Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring cylindrical printing equipment used to stamp logos, artwork, and branding onto products. This position ensures products meet quality and production standards by accurately setting up jobs, inspecting printed items, maintaining production records, and supporting efficient workflow throughout the production process. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, quality-focused, and capable of working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate cylinder printing machines to apply logos and artwork to cups and drinkware products.
• Load products and materials while ensuring proper alignment and print placement.
• Mix, prepare, and maintain inks as needed for production.
• Inspect printed products for quality, color consistency, and accuracy.
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain quality standards.
• Record production quantities, scrap, and job completion information accurately.
• Package completed products or prepare them for the next production stage.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Assist with other production duties as needed.
