Express Employment Professionals is seeking a skilled and dependable  CNC Operator, Industrial Maintenance Tech, and PLC Operator to join a growing team in Cleveland TN.

Responsibilities

• Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain CNC machines, PLC-controlled equipment, and industrial machinery
• Perform routine maintenance, including equipment inspections, lubrication, adjustments, part replacements, and preventive maintenance procedures
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues to accurately identify equipment problems
• Program, monitor, and troubleshoot PLC systems, machine controls, and automated production equipment
• Perform machine setups, tool changes, calibrations, and adjustments to ensure optimal performance and product quality
• Complete repairs and maintenance tasks efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards and minimizing equipment downtime
• Inspect equipment and production systems to identify potential issues and recommend corrective actions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all safety procedures
• Communicate maintenance findings, repair recommendations, and equipment status professionally with supervisors and team members

Qualifications

• Experience operating and maintaining CNC machines, PLC systems, and industrial equipment
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair automated machinery and production equipment
• Experience with PLC programming, controls, and industrial automation systems preferred
• Familiarity with machine tools, sensors, motors, drives, and control systems
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical manuals
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Industrial maintenance, CNC, or automation certifications preferred
