Job: Production Operator - General Labor

Shift: 2nd Shift M-Th 12pm-10pm

Pay:$17/hr

Location: Sunnyvale, TX

The Production Operator is responsible for producing high-quality promotional products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role operates manual printing equipment, mixes inks, prepares materials, and inspects finished products to ensure customer specifications and quality standards are met. The position also supports accurate production reporting, inventory control, rush order fulfillment, and continuous improvement efforts while maintaining productivity, safety, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Produce printed products using manual production equipment.
• Mix inks, prepare materials, and print customer images according to specifications.
• Inspect, count, and verify product quality before completion.
• Accurately record production quantities, labor, and scrap.
• Support rush orders and changing production priorities.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, quality, and efficiency.
• Assist other departments and production areas as needed.
