Position: Executive Assistant

Location: Honolulu, HI

Pay: $23.00 per hour

Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Essential Duties

  • Daily clerical tasks ie: copying, filing, and phone calls
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail
  • Prepare agendas and meeting minutes
  • Coordinate travel requests and hotel bookings
  •  Assist with fund audits and special projects.

 

Skills and Requirements

  • 2 years of college/business school or 4+ years in office administration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and 10-key experience
  • Excellent verbal, written, phone etiquette, and customer service abilities
  • Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
