Job: Production Operator

Shift: 7:00am-3:30 M-F

Pay: $14/hr

Location: Sunnyvale, TX

The Debossing Operator is responsible for producing high-quality customized leather products by operating debossing equipment and following customer specifications. This role supports production, shipping, inventory, and warehouse operations while ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely order fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Operate the debossing machine to produce customized products according to customer specifications.
• Prepare, package, and process orders for shipment.
• Pull and pack products for customer orders.
• Apply barcode labels to products prior to shipment.
• Accurately report and track orders through the Visual system.
• Unload incoming leather shipments and place materials into storage.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Assist in badge and hard goods production areas as needed.
• Inspect incoming materials and products to support receiving operations.

Requirements

• Manufacturing, warehouse, shipping, or production experience preferred.
• Ability to safely operate production equipment and warehouse tools.
• Ability to lift and move materials regularly, including heavier items when needed.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical work throughout the shift.
• Ability to work in a warehouse and production environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to support multiple areas of the operation.
