We are seeking a Shipping Material Handler to support shipping, receiving, inventory control, and warehouse operations. This role is ideal for a dependable, detail-oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and takes pride in maintaining accuracy, organization, and safety throughout the shipping process. The Shipping Material Handler is responsible for loading and unloading shipments, staging and pulling orders, recording inventory transactions, operating material handling equipment, and ensuring products are shipped accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments safely and efficiently.
• Stage orders prior to shipment and pull orders when ready to ship.
• Accurately record inventory transactions and place materials in designated storage locations.
• Process material requests from internal departments.
• Perform cycle counts, inventory verifications, and audits.
• Inspect outgoing shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Inspect trucks before loading to ensure safety compliance and shipment readiness.
• Verify trucks are loaded with the correct products and quantities.
• Complete shipping and inventory documentation accurately.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanning equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe loading dock and warehouse.
• Properly handle and protect finished goods and packaging materials.

Requirements

• Minimum six months of forklift experience.
• Warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience operating hand pallet jacks preferred.
• Experience using RF scanning devices preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Ability to work in a non-temperature-controlled warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to remain organized.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends when required by business needs.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred.
