We're seeking a dependable Commercial Painter's Helper to join a growing team in Chickasha. This position focuses primarily on exterior commercial painting projects. If you have previous painting experience and enjoy working outdoors, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Assist with commercial painting projects, primarily exterior surfaces
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, scraping, sanding, masking, and priming as needed
• Apply paint using a handheld paint sprayer and other painting tools
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
• Work efficiently as part of a team to complete projects on schedule

Qualifications

• Previous painting experience required (residential and/or commercial)
• Experience using a handheld paint sprayer is preferred
• Industrial painting experience is not required
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Dependable with a strong work ethic
• Ability to lift, carry, bend, climb ladders (8 ft. or less), and stand for extended periods
