Salary: $26.32/hr.

Express Employment is seeking a logistics coordinator for a large data center.  Job duties include:

• Support center operations by receiving, storing, shipping material
• Handle customer queries, escalations and a large volume of day-to-day reports through the lifecycle of customer orders
• Build a close working relationship employees by understanding day-to-day business requirements and servicing
• Ensure customer and carrier performance reports are completed weekly/monthly and submitted on time and with accurate content
• Maintain accurate records and metrics, perform audits as necessary
• Identify, document, and implement opportunity for improvements
• Apply scheduling, planning, and coordination activity to support product inbound and outbound operations
• Maintain a strong working knowledge of all operating systems pertaining to work area
• Communicate internally and externally with the customers and stakeholders
• Process order set up via preferred internal system
• Ensure orders are picked and processed timely to meet KPI requirements and help monitor and ensure proper inventory levels per customer expectations
• Conduct operational audits
• Review work orders including blocked work order details
• Act as point of contact for escalations and/or urgent orders
• Review open tasks and provide updates as needed
• Conduct order tracking and material delivery analysis using shipment tracker
• Complete Vendor Managed Inventory ordering, management, and invoice tracking
• Place orders

Requirements:

• Customer service background in logistics or planning with ability to build relationships with customer
• Problem resolution in timely manner
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook, with strong emphasis on Excel for tracking and analysis
• Ability to adapt in an ever-changing, stressful environment

Other Details:

• Temp to hire
• Schedule is Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
• Pay rate is $26.32/hr.
