Steam Table / Prep Cook

Responsibilities:

• Set up, stock, and maintain the steam table throughout service

• Prep vegetables, proteins, sauces, and other ingredients according to recipes

• Ensure all hot foods are held at proper temperatures

• Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times

• Assist cooks and kitchen staff during busy periods

• Keep prep and service areas clean, organized, and fully stocked

• Break down and clean equipment at end of shift

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen

• Basic knife skills preferred

• Good communication and teamwork

• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

• Food service experience is a plus, but we will train

 

Schedule: Monday -- Friday.    2PM--8PM. 30 Hours a week. Pay $12/HR! Great for someone looking for part time work!
