Express Employment Professionals of Centennial & Castle Rock is hiring a Customer Service Representative for a growing architectural stone manufacturer in Castle Rock. This position blends customer service, account coordination, order management, showroom support, and light outbound sales.

Job Highlights:

• Manage customer accounts from inquiry through delivery
• Prepare quotes and accurately enter and track orders
• Coordinate samples, inventory questions, and warranty claims
• Provide customers with product, pricing, and lead-time information
• Assist showroom customers with orders and product recommendations
• Communicate proactively with customers regarding order status
• Support outbound sales, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities
• Coordinate with sales, production, operations, and warehouse teams

What We Look For:

• Previous customer service, client services, or sales experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• CRM experience is helpful
• Construction or building-material experience is a plus
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
