Location: Baton Rouge, LA

Position Type: Full-Time, Evaluation Hire

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Pay Rate: $20.00 – $22.00 / hour (Based on Experience, with growth potential after 2 weeks)

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive, hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations for a fast-paced facility in Baton Rouge. In this role, you will manage warehouse personnel, maintain accurate inventory counts, process purchase orders, and ensure efficient daily workflow. This position is ideal for a hardworking leader who is ready to get involved in day-to-day operations and drive results.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Operations: Oversee overall warehouse workflow, inventory management, cycle counts, and purchase order tracking.

• Team Leadership: Direct, guide, and support warehouse associates to maintain productivity and safety standards.

• Logistics & Fleet: Assist with fleet routing and coordination; occasionally jump in to complete local deliveries when needed.

• Hands-On Support: Work directly alongside the team on the floor to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Leadership Experience: Minimum of 5 years in warehouse logistics, management, or supervision required.

• Logistics Skills: Proven experience with fleet management and delivery routing.

• Driving Credentials: Valid Driver’s License required (must be willing to assist with deliveries as needed).

• Work Ethic: Strong, hands-on leadership style with a dedicated work ethic.

• Pre-Employment Screening: Must successfully pass a standard background check and 5-panel drug screen.
