We are currently seeking a motivated Toolmaker/Machinist. The ideal candidate will have experience operating a variety of manual machining equipment and possess a strong commitment to quality workmanship.
Responsibilities
- Operate manual mills and drill machines
- Operate manual lathe machines
- Use surface grinders and hole-tapping machines
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
- Maintain accuracy and quality standards in all machining work
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
- Work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Experience with manual machining equipment required
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn and be trained on company-specific processes
Compensation & Schedule
- Starting Pay: $19.00–$25.00 per hour, based on experience and ability
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Overtime Available
