Customer Service / Data Entry Specialist

Salary: $16.00 / hour

Job Description:

Express Employment Professionals of Clarksville are currently seeking reliable, experienced, and efficient candidates for a Customer Service & Data Entry Specialist to provide clerical support necessary to pay the obligations of the Company. This position will pay $16/hour, and the hours are M-F 9:00A.M. - 5:00P.M. 

 

Responsibilities:

• Ansering phones, typing orders, speaking with account holders, scan inventory in, and check in deliveries. 
• Manage data entry and maintain accurate records
• Track and support Model Home claims and eligibility requirements
• Assist with routine communication and follow-ups with internal teams and customers

Qualifications:

• Able to lift up to 5 lbs.
• Fluent in typing. 
• Excellent Communication Skills via written and oral
