3rd shift Utility Op. #8900

Location: Waukesha, WI

 

Shift: 10:30pm – 7:00am (Sun – Thu)

 

Pay Rate: $27.00+p/hr

 

Description:

-Operate and set up various fabrication equipment that includes HAAS CNC Mills, Routers, Amada Turret Punches, Cincinnati Press Brake, and Schelling Panel Saws.
-Follow program setup sheets and setup Flat, Vise, Angle Plate, and Vacuum Hold down work.
-Perform multiple adjustments as needed to tooling, speeds/feeds, edit programs and set up machine parameters to ensure optimal machining performance.
-Manufacture complex parts according to customer orders per instructions written on work orders and blue prints.
-Perform manual fabrication operations as required.
-Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.
-Maintains equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements following manufacturer's instructions, and troubleshooting malfunctions.
-Maintains continuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs to incoming shift personnel.
-Documents actions by completing Work Order production and quality logs.
-Accomplishes enterprise goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; contributing to continuous improvement efforts and using lean manufacturing principles.
-Constantly exploring opportunities to add value to production and continually looking for areas to improve.

 

Physical Requirements: The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. You are standing all day & moving frequently. Will need to be able to use a range of movement to complete daily activities.
