The associate will be responsible for assisting with apartment turnover (flip) projects to prepare units for new residents. Duties may include, but are not limited to, cleaning vacant apartments, removing furniture and unwanted items, painting walls and trim, hauling and disposing of trash and debris, and assisting with the installation of appliances and other unit fixtures.

In addition, the associate will assist with general property maintenance and groundskeeping tasks. Responsibilities may include picking up and removing trash throughout the property, mowing lawns, trimming vegetation, maintaining common areas, and helping ensure the overall cleanliness, appearance, and safety of the community.

The associate may be required to perform other maintenance-related duties as assigned and should be able to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
