Job Summary: The Palletizer is responsible for stacking, arranging, and securing products onto pallets for storage and shipment. This position ensures products are handled safely, palletized according to company standards, and prepared for transportation while maintaining production efficiency and workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Stack and arrange products on pallets according to established patterns and specifications.
• Inspect products for damage, defects, or quality issues before palletizing.
• Wrap, band, or secure pallet loads to ensure safe transportation.
• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, or palletizing equipment as authorized and trained.
• Monitor production lines and remove finished goods for palletizing.
• Verify product counts, labels, and pallet identification tags.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and OSHA regulations.
• Report equipment malfunctions, product issues, or safety concerns to supervisors.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and general warehouse duties as needed.
