Clean Up Crew/Restoration Laborer

Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking dependable Cleanup Crew / Restoration Laborers to support emergency restoration projects involving fire, water, storm, and other property damage. This position offers consistent work with a dedicated client, though weekly hours may fluctuate based on project volume and insurance claims.

Job Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain residential and commercial job sites following fire, water, storm, and other property damage.
• Remove debris, damaged materials, and construction waste.
• Assist with light demolition after work has been completed by skilled trades.
• Set up, maintain, and break down work areas.
• Empty cupboards, closets, and rooms in damaged properties.
• Pack, box, label, and inventory customers' personal belongings for cleaning or restoration.
• Perform interior cleanup to prepare properties for repair and restoration.
• Move, stage, and organize materials and boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Follow all company safety procedures and job site protocols.
• Work closely with restoration and construction crews to complete projects efficiently.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds throughout the workday.
• Comfortable performing physically demanding work in a variety of indoor and outdoor environments.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Experience with construction, restoration, demolition, or hand tools is helpful but not required.

Schedule

• Hours will vary depending on active restoration projects and client needs.
• Work locations may change throughout the week.
