About the Role

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Overnight Baker for our nighttime production! You will be responsible for preparing, rolling, cutting, frying, and decorating our fresh daily lineup so everything is perfect and ready for our doors to open each morning.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Bakery Production: Mix, roll, cut, fry, and glaze/top daily donut offerings according to shop recipes and standards.
• Prep Work: Prepare doughs, fillings, icings, and other ingredients for the morning rush.
• Kitchen Hygiene & Safety: Maintain a clean workspace, properly sanitize equipment, and strictly adhere to food safety and health standards.
• Timing & Organization: Manage production timelines independently to ensure all products are fully prepped and staged before morning store opening.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Prior experience in kitchen, bakery, or food prep environments required.
• Overnight Availability: Dependable and punctual for scheduled 10:00 PM – 5:00 AM shifts.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, move efficiently, and lift up to 50 lbs (bags of flour, heavy mixes, etc.).
• Attention to Detail: Pride in maintaining consistent product quality, size, and appearance.

• Company-provided shirt.
• Work-appropriate pants/jeans and non-slip, close-toed footwear required for safety.
