Location: Kansas City Metro Area
Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site
Pay: $100,000–$175,000+ OTE (Base + Volume, gross and CSI performance pay)

Express Employment Professionals is recruiting on behalf of a well-established Kansas City automotive dealership group seeking an experienced General Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead new, used, and F&I sales operations
• Drive sales performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction
• Manage inventory, pricing, and deal structure
• Recruit, coach, and develop sales staff
• Oversee CRM, BDC, and digital sales processes

Qualifications

• 5+ years of dealership sales management experience
• 2+ years as a General Sales Manager or similar leadership role preferred
• Strong experience in both new and used vehicle sales
• Proven leadership and team development skills
• Experience with dealership DMS, CRM, and inventory management systems
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record; ability to pass background check
