Concrete Plant Production Crew Member

Location: Phoenix, AZ
Pay: $22.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM– 3:00 PM | 40–50 Hours/Week + Overtime

What You'll Do

• Set and strip concrete forms
• Tie and install rebar
• Pour and finish concrete products
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and production equipment
• Assist with forklifts, overhead cranes, and other machinery (training available)
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
• Work with team members throughout different stages of production

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, concrete, framing, landscaping, or manufacturing preferred
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, equipment, or forklifts
• Welding experience is a plus
• Willingness to learn new skills and work in different production areas
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Stable work history
• Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy materials
• Comfortable working in an outdoor production environment
